  • It is a great pleasure to work with Renuka and I can honestly say she certainly goes an extra mile to meet the requirements of the service.

    Renuka is very professional and always ensures she communicates effectively with me to book for shifts and whenever there is an issue with the client or payroll she will do her best to get it resolved and I can give an example of this when I had a problem with a parking ticket at one of the clients and I informed Renuka, she raised the issue with the client and within a short time the parking ticket was cancelled. I also had a problem with payroll and Renuka was in contact with the payroll department until my query was resolved. This is just to name a few examples.  

    Her excellent communication and professionalism are outstanding and as a result I prefer to book most of my work through the A24 Group as I'm assured to get reliable and efficient service through staff like Renuka.

  • Ren has always been very helpful and approachable and makes a real effort to find shifts that suit my requirements.

    Ren goes the extra mile to find shifts and is always on the lookout for future work.  She is kind and has a good sense of humor. Ren will always look into any issues I may have such as training requirements or payment issues and responds in a timely manner. I have found that Ren has been the most responsive agent out of the three agencies under A24.  I have found Ren very supportive and always responds to my questions in a timely manner which is very much appreciated.

    I have been working with Renuka for about a year. During this time, we established a very close relationship. I can rely on her to book my shifts according to my preferences and skills. I feel she understands me 100%. I can rely on her to work in a timely manner and she is always the first or one of the first ones to contact me with shifts opportunities. Her work ethic is remarkable.  She is always very polite and respectful, and I know that hospital managers agree as well. She deals with any issues promptly and I know that any problems she will deal with for me and contact me with results without having to chase her again.  

    Some time ago i had some health issues which prevented me from working for few weeks- during that time Renuka showed me compassion and kept in touch. It made me feel I was valued, which is rare among consultants. Because they work on commission it is always very clear that your relationship is strictly about money. Renuka showed me heart and compassion and it was very important to me. Because of her attitude I chose working with Ambitions over other agencies despite them offering better rates for the same shifts. I value the rapport I have with Renuka over the extra money I could make.  

    Lastly, I have worked with dozens of consultants so far and Renuka is definitely my favorite Consultant. She combines a lovely manner and attitude with being very efficient and sharp with shifts booking. Top marks.

  • Using this opportunity to say a few things about my journey with Ambition 24hours

    I am Godwin Chukwuemeka Amarikwa-Obi an agency Staff Nurse with Ambition24 group agency. I use this opportunity to say a few things about my journey with Ambition24. I resigned from my nursing job with an NHS hospital in 2022 and joined over five different nursing agencies but chose to stick working with just Ambition24. I have been working with countless Ambition24 consultants since 2022 but one of them, Rashid, stands out. This consultant works tirelessly to get shifts for me and other nurses under his care. He makes sure that we get the best rates possible and chases the client to pay us when our shifts are cancelled at the last minute. The best part of Rashid is that he checks constantly on me regarding my welfare. He does not only call you for shifts but also to check on your mental wellbeing. Finally, Rashid has a way to motivate and convince you to cover a shift even if you do not want to. I wish him the best whatever new role he takes.
